- 10 days of contact with the Pygmies (indigenous people), crossing on foot and by canoe the densest forest, the most difficult and the most natural in Africa, this forest which is home to a large part of the famous peat bogs of the Congo basin.
Main curiosities:
Fauna (gorillas, chimpanzees, elephants, buffaloes, bongos, leopards, hippopotamuses crocodiles...); culture (the knowledge of peoples «dancers of God»), flora (limba, sapeli, grey ebony, wenge, trees and medicinal herbs known to the indigenous populations and bantuans).
- This is an adventure and discovery product in the jungle of the Congo Basin.
- Get ready to photograph the large mammals of the tropical rainforest, not to mention many species of rare reptiles and birds.
- A trip into the deep forest, towards the mysterious Lake Télé, will make you discover the habitat of the 'last dinosaur in the Congo' (Legend).
This tour will take you on the Likouala with Herbs to Mossaka through the lower part of the Sangha. In Mossaka, the majestic Congo River opens up to you as far as Brazzaville with a stop at Mboka Léfini, Ngabé and the village of Mbé, former capital of the Kingdom of the Batéké where De Brazza signed with King Makoko the famous Treaty that placed his territories under French protectorate.

Day 1:
Arrival in Ouesso. Lunch. Walk through the city. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2:
Breakfast. Departure for Liouesso. Preparation of the pirogues and start of the expedition.
- 3 days from Liouesso sailing on the Lengoué and lower Mambili rivers to the locality of Ntokou. Two stops are planned to explore the depths of the river forest before reaching Ntokou.
Two (2) days in this locality will be dedicated to share and experience the activities, traditions and culture of the local populations.
- On the 6th day you will leave Ntokou sailing on the river Likouala Mossaka to the small town of
Mossaka by the Congo River. Visit of the fishermen’s camps on the way.
- 1 day in Mossaka with night. Activities of the fishermen of this locality.
- 3 days from Mossaka to Brazzaville sailing on the Congo river. Stop at Ngabé/Mpouya with a visit to Mbé, capital of the Batekes kingdom where De Brazza signed with King Makoko the famous treaty that put Congo under protectorate before becoming a colony.
It takes 10 or 12 days on the rivers and the Congo River with full board to cover this circuit.
NB: Think about small fishing and/or amateur hunting equipment, bunk and/or bivouac.

Designed for those who want to fulfill their desire of discovering the safe, authentic, and remote equatorial rainforest through :

Day 1 : Welcome in Brazzaville. Transfer to hotel. Dinner and night.
Day 2 : Fly from Brazzaville to Ouesso. Lunch. Free afternoon. Dinner and night.
Day 3 : Breakfast and drive to Liouesso and prepare for the expedition.
Days 4-9 : Start the descent of river Lengoue in a ordinary pirogue down to join Mambili
river, Mossaka river and the town of Mossaka.
Days 10-15 : Leave Mossaka town to Mboka Lefini on Congo river for 5 days.
Days 16-18 : Leave Mboka Lefini to Brazzaville on Congo river in 5 days. The expedition
ends at Kintele tourist complex near Brazzaville.
N.B.: You are requested to bring your camping and your amateur fishing and
hunting equipments.

THE GREAT EXPEDITION: ESCARPMENT SOURCE MAMBILI - BRAZZAVILLE
From Sembé through the forest to the escarpment and source of the Mambili River. Navigation by canoe from the upper Mambili and reach Odzala Park – Kokoua. Visit of the saltworks en route. Detour to Lango. Descent of the Mambili to the confluence of the Likouala-Mossaka River with stay and activities in Ntokou. Continuation of the navigation by pirogue towards the locality of Mossaka on the Congo River (activities). Final navigation on the river with visits from Ngabé, Mbé, before arriving in Brazzaville.

Here it is a week stay in a village or in fishing or hunting camp.
Experience the traditional hunting or fishing with a local guide.
Day 1 : Arrival at Brazzaville
Transfer to hotel. Dinner and night.
Day 2 : Breakfast at 09:30. Departure for Ouesso. Arrival at Ouesso at 11:30. Lunch in
Ouesso. 14:00. Departure for Nganzinkolo, Leme or Konda village. Arrival at 18:00.
Dinner and night in tents or local house.
Day 3 to 8 : Multiple expeditions for hunting and alternate fishing arranged according to the
group’s interests. Fullboard.
Tents, huts and bivouacs. Hunting will rifles a local crossbow, with net. Fishing
with hooks; net, women traditional hunting and fishing parties (during the dry
season)
Day 9 : Return to Ouesso. Transfer to the airport and return to Brazzaville in the afternoon.
Dinner and night.
Day 10 : Visit of Brazzaville and its surroundings. In the evening fly back to retourn and the
end.

We are planning special sports fishing trips for you.
This fishery consists of catching the tiger fish, locally called the mbinga, in the waters of the Sangha or the Congo River.
The camp:
Located 12 km upstream from Brazzaville, its only access is the Congo River. It includes a large covered terrace serving as a bar, living rooms, dining room, 4 bungalows divided into two double bedrooms, air-conditioned with bathroom.
The place is exceptional, not only for its beauty, but also for its tranquility. The lush forest that borders the majestic Congo River will fascinate you.
Details and services:
Arrival of the fisherman on Monday or Thursday evening, by Air France flights. He is picked up at the foot of the plane’s bridge and taken to his hotel, where a full meal will be served. The next day, wake up at 5am and after a breakfast, departure by boat at 6:30am. The fishing will start after 1h10 of navigation and this until 12:30, scheduled arrival at the camp. The fisherman will be on full board every day of the week. Bait, local drinks and a snack will be provided on the boat in the morning. On the first evening, he will be able to admire local dances.
