Cruising the majestic Congo river in a local boat to the Maloukou Tréchot
tourist complex.
Day 1 : Departure at 8 :30 in a forty seat motorized pirogue or in a six or
ten seats speed boat.
3 hours of navigation by pirogue or 1 hour by a speed boat
11:30/9:30: Arrival at Maloukou and settle at the lodge.

Meals are served at the lodge restaurant
Leisure activity: games, volley-ball, badmington, basket-ball, bowl,
walking down the Maloukou village and local dances.

This route allows to visit the village of Mâh, a hundred
kilometres from Brazzaville.
A two hours trip with a 4 WD vehicle. Lead tourits to the
gorillas sanctuary you can discover gorillas in the natural
habitat.
Visit the baby gorillas orphanage.
Lunch in the camp or at the village.
Relax and swimming in the river before proceeding back to
Brazzaville late in the afternoon.
In the event that you wish to spend 2 days in the reserve
and sanctuary, overnight in tents.

09:00 depart for the city tour of Brazzaville. Visit of the famous Poto-Poto painting school,
the cathedral, the Sainte Anne basilica, Felix EBOUE statue, the cataracts, the W.H.O
Regional Bureau for Africa, De Brazza monument and Case De Gaulle, the city business
center. Lunch near the Djoue dam, at Protea hotel restaurant

MBOKA LEFINI
Day 1 : Drive on the RN2, following a city tour to the northern suburbs of Brazzaville.
Discover the villages on the way, Inori cliff, Lefini river and Ekoti ya Monseigneur
(Hill top named after its ressemblance with the cardinal beret. Lunch en route.
Arrive at Mâh village
Visit the gorilla’s sanctuary and orphanage.
Dinner and night at the Camp near the village of Mâh.
Day 2 : After a morning visit to the sanctuary, you have breakfast and leave Mâh to Mboka
Lefini, arriving late in the afternoon.
Lunch en route, dinner and the night in Mboka Lefini on the mouth of river Lefini
to the majesty Congo river.
Day 3 : Mboka Lefini at leisure with the local people. Fullboard.
Days 4-5 : Leave Mboka Lefini in the morning in a motor pirogue to visit the ancient capital
of Bateke Kingdom - village of Mbe – where a protocole was reached between
French explorator De Brazza and King Makoko to place the actual Congo under the
French protectorate. You may have stops in villages such as
Makotipoko,Mpouya,Ngabé. Lunches and dinners in the camps or in the villages.
Days 6-7 : Descent on the Congo river to Maloukou Trechot village, pass through the
splendid Congo river “Corridor” to the wide stretched Stanley Pool and Mbamou
Island. Brazzaville and Kinshasa are located just where the river narrows again and
starts a new course with brutal and violent amazing rapids and cataracts. You land
in Brazzaville at the beach (Port). Transfer to the hotel and night. Fullboard.
Days 8 : Breakfast at 08:00. Souvenirs market, Poto-Poto painting school, cataracts and
Djoue river. Afternoon at leisure.
Evening transfer to Maya-Maya Airport.
